Connector terms of use
Terms for using the IYYAJP connector with an AI application
1. Service and relationship to existing terms
The IYYAJP connector lets an authorized subscriber search and read published Moroccan court decisions through a supported AI application, such as ChatGPT or Claude. SIMULATOR ONLINE operates the connector.
These terms describe use of the connector. Your existing IYYAJP subscription agreement continues to govern your subscription, payment and customer remedies; these connector terms do not replace it or change its price. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. The connector privacy notice describes data handling.
2. Account, subscription and availability
Use your own authorized IYYAJP account and, where applicable, obtain your organization’s permission to connect an external AI service. A currently active subscription and account are required for decision access. Each reader connects individually; an organization’s approval of an AI application does not replace the reader’s own authorization.
Connector access is included in the IYYAJP subscription, with no separate IYYAJP connector charge. Your chosen AI provider may require its own account, subscription or enabled feature. Those separate services and charges are your or your organization’s responsibility.
The intended availability is all countries in which the chosen AI provider supports this use, subject to applicable law, provider restrictions and account eligibility. A country’s inclusion in a provider’s general supported-country list does not guarantee that every connector feature or directory listing is available there. Do not use the connector to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
3. What the connector does
The connector provides read-only search, filter discovery and bounded retrieval of selected published decisions. Results can include the decision text, abstract or court rule, chamber/topic information, decision metadata and a link to the platform.
Arabic text and available, current French text are retrieved from stored platform records. Missing or outdated French material is reported as unavailable; the connector does not generate a new translation or silently replace a requested French passage with Arabic.
The connector does not import files, edit or publish decisions, access the administration functions, or create legal documents on your behalf. The AI application may write its own response using retrieved material; that response is distinct from the stored court decision.
4. Research use and review of results
IYYAJP provides access to legal research material. A retrieved decision, summary, classification or translation is not a personal legal assessment of your situation. AI-generated answers may misunderstand a decision or omit relevant context.
Before relying on a result for a legal filing, advice or another consequential decision, read the cited decision, check its number/date and procedural context, distinguish court text from a prepared summary, and verify relevant current law and other sources. Use an appropriately qualified professional where the matter calls for legal advice.
French translations and prepared summaries are reading aids. Do not describe them as official court text unless the relevant source establishes that status. The connector does not guarantee that the collection is exhaustive, that every field is complete, or that an AI provider’s answer is accurate.
5. Permitted access and account protection
Use the connector for your authorized research within your platform entitlements and applicable rights in the source material. Shared request, reading and result limits apply across the website and connector. When a limit is reached, refine the request or wait as instructed.
- Do not share account credentials or connector tokens, impersonate another reader, bypass access controls or evade limits by changing accounts or sessions.
- Do not use the connector to systematically scrape, enumerate or export the corpus, or to obtain unpublished or restricted records.
- Do not attempt to identify anonymized parties or use decision content to harass, profile or expose people.
- Do not submit authentication secrets or unnecessary confidential/personal client information in tool inputs. Observe professional confidentiality obligations and your organization’s AI-use rules.
- Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its security, or instruct an AI application to evade either provider’s safeguards.
Access to the platform does not expand your rights to reproduce or redistribute source materials. Applicable law, source conditions and the agreed platform terms govern any reuse. SIMULATOR ONLINE does not claim ownership of copyright in every court decision by providing access to the collection.
6. Connecting, disconnecting and data sharing
Review the application name and requested scope before approving access on IYYAJP. Approval permits that application to request published content within your account’s limits. The application receives its own revocable credential, not your platform password.
The content returned to your chosen AI application is processed under that provider’s applicable terms, privacy policy and account settings. Review the connector privacy notice and the provider’s information before sharing sensitive work.
You can revoke a connection from IYYAJP’s connection-management screen and disconnect it in your AI application. Revocation stops future access through the revoked grant. It does not remove material already delivered to a provider or saved in a conversation, and it does not cancel your underlying IYYAJP subscription. Account/subscription expiry blocks new decision access; the platform permits an authenticated reader to manage and revoke existing connections after subscription expiry.
7. Service changes, interruptions and access restrictions
Access can be affected by maintenance, incidents, an expired or suspended account, a revoked credential, usage limits, or changes made by an AI provider. The connector may return an error or require reconnection. These connector terms do not create a specific uptime commitment or guaranteed response time.
Any suspension, cancellation, refund, remedy, liability provision or notice obligation must be consistent with the existing customer agreement and applicable law. These connector terms introduce no new liability cap, indemnity, compensation formula, cancellation fee or exclusive court selection. Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.
8. Support, corrections and security reports
Contact [email protected] for connector support, a problem with a decision, or a security/privacy concern. Provide the decision link or ID, approximate time and a brief description where relevant. Do not email passwords, access tokens or an unnecessary full chat transcript.
SIMULATOR ONLINE operates this connector independently of OpenAI and Anthropic. A compatible integration or directory listing does not mean either provider endorses the platform, guarantees its content, or provides SIMULATOR ONLINE’s customer support.
